• Subscription fees are non-transferable.
• Refunds apply only to valid technical or scheduling issues.

4. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain respectful behaviour towards teachers and students. Recording or redistribution of class material without permission is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All Thinkely materials, recordings, and content are owned by Thinkely. Copying or using them outside the platform requires written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thinkely is not responsible for internet issues, third-party tool outages, or user-provided inaccuracies during class scheduling or communication.
